It sometimes seems we are getting further and further away from our connection to nature. But every stone you see in architectural design, every nano chip pumping electricity through our phones, and every satellite orbiting the Earth was made from raw material gathered directly from nature.

I don't think we're disconnecting ourselves from nature at all. I think we're changing with nature and connecting to it in an entirely different way than ever before.
